AAU volleyball sign-ups are closing soon. Don’t forget to get signed up before it is too late.

Don’t wait until it’s too late. It’s time to sigh up for AAU volleyball.

Just a reminder the AAU program signups are open. This year teams will have one additional hour of practice per week. There is a box in the signup form where your can add in players that they want to play with or even a team name for teams that will be coming in fully formed. It’s a great way to keep your softball players playing together on the same team year around.

🚨Attention returning IPVA and AVBA families🚨
If you want to get rid of your old merch to make room for the new, we will be collecting all IPVA and AVBA t-shirts to donate! Just send them with your athlete to tryouts and we will have bins to collect them. We are working with a couple different places to re-home the shirts. Some will be given to people in need and some will be made into tote bags for check out lines. Thank you for helping us give purpose to our old gear!

Congrats to the Iowa Impact 162 families and coaches on their 5th place finish at Nationals. Most folks will never understand the physical and emotional marathon that it is to even make It to the gold bracket at nationals. Be proud of your accomplishment and use it as fuel for your volleyball fire.

The Sunday before Nationals my babies gave me this frame. Now that I am home and the picture that matches their promise exists, I think I will keep the frame and the note on the napkin just as it is.
