*ALL TRANSFERS MUST BE APPROVED/AUTHORIZED by The Armorer’s Wrench LLC., PRIOR TO ORDERING and SHIPPING from another dealer.
*Certain Firearms (verify with make, model and caliber first) might not be accepted for transfer.
1. PRIOR to ANY new customer transfer/ordering/sales, The Armorer's Wrench LLC. Customer/Buyer's FULL NAME (first, middle and last names) and contact info. A copy of Customer/Buyer’s VALID Michigan Identification and Michigan Concealed Pistol License forwarded to: [email protected] and/or 734-276-9692. Approval is needed PRIOR to ANY ordering, shipping, transfers or sales, as we are a PRIVATE/CLIENT BASED FFL Dealer. Firearms shipped prior to receipt of above documentation, WILL BE REFUSED as “Return to Sender”. Please note, that we reserve the right to refuse ANY transfers/ orders/ sales to ANY persons, for ANY reason whatsoever at ANY stage of the transfer process.
2. After approval of transfer and your order is placed, we'll need:
A. Make, Model, Caliber of the firearm. Copy of the invoice with the customer/buyer’s info sent via email. The ACTUAL buyer/transferee's name, address and contact info, MUST BE REFLECTED on the invoice. The contact information of the FFL dealer/seller of firearm you are ordering/transferring the firearm from such as email and or phone number, so we can send over a copy of our Federal Firearms License.
3. Shipping Tracking Number:
We'll need the Tracking Number of the firearm sent over via email when received by the buyer/transferee as soon possible, so we can be present to receive/sign for, and log in the firearm. Please note, that the firearm delivery date MAYBE re-scheduled, if we are un-available on the scheduled delivery date due to prior commitments or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Transferring of the Firearm:
While we work hard to transfer the buyer’s firearm in as expeditious a manner as possible, Transfers generally take place later than the date delivered, in order to fulfil prior obligations and are by APPOINTMENT ONLY. Please do not just show up without a scheduled appointment! We will contact you after the firearm is properly received to schedule an appointment (Please do not ask to schedule an appointment prior to the firearm’s arrival).
5. Transfer Fee:
The transfer fee is $40 cash per firearm. Un-Authorized/Re-Shipped firearms will incur a $50 Inconvenience Transfer Fee.
