Through a terrible blizzard he drove me, sat with me, cheered me on.. i love you vince 🤍🥹 national qualified. Sappy post coming tomorrow but today I’m just HAPPY.

Looking at improvements from my show prep #1 to show prep #2

Red suit was 10 days out from my show in June

White and Blue suit (today) 10 days out from my show next Saturday.

My stomach is much leaner the second time around, much tighter. This prep I’ve been able to get a tad leaner because I didn’t have to lose as much weight this time around! First show I lost almost 40lbs which is crazy! This time I only had to lose about 12-15lbs.

My shoulders are bigger in size which i love to see 🤩🤩
My hamstrings are popping more and have definitely grown a bit which is also so exciting.
It’s so rewarding to see all the the training pay off.
My posing has improved tremendously, my entire routine is so much smoother and comfortable.
Even my hand on my stomach, I was told to bring it down a tad closer to my belly button which I have gotten used to doing now.

People don’t realize how much the little things matter when you are on stage!!

Very excited to grind out these last 10 days and see what I bring to the stage next Saturday.
