Ayeshas, handsprings, and deadlifts, oh my! 😍

✨Bringing you allll the show stopping tricks. I’ve really fallen in love with deadlifts this year and want to share that love with you!
⚡️We’ll start by solidifying the Ayesha position, adding dynamics with handsprings and then really get those muscle working in deadlifts!

I am so unbelievably excited to be teaching at this weekend! 😱🤸🏻‍♀️🎉

I have missed teaching in person so much and feeling that extra sense of community in each class!

I am offering 2 classes!

💫Spin Pole: 1:00-2:15: Spinny flow, spinny splits, transitions and all the fluidity tricks! This workshop will take you where you want to go with your spin combos by achieving fluidity in transitions, making the in between shapes intentional and enjoying what spin has to offer!

💫Intermediate/Advanced Tricks: 2:30-3:45: This workshop will take you through complex and intricate spin and static combos with all the shapes, tricks and splits.

How it started vs how it’s going 🖤

💫4 years in this incredible sport. Wow. I remember my very first pole class, feeling instantly exhilarated by my first step around and salivating for more. The feeling about pole hasn't changed.
💫 I feel the most “me” on the pole. I have certainly had some days when I wasn't up for training, did not want to peel my skin off, was tired of the bruises, but I always came back for more.
💫Teaching has furthered my passion for pole and the past year is probably the year I have made the most progress, pushed myself, and solidified my technique.
💫I have so many people to thank for support in my pole journey. Thank you to all of you, my students, my coaches, and my family for going along this journey with me. Can't wait for many more years.

I am so honored and excited to announce that Janice aka is joining the Hunter Pole Fitness team!

⭐️Janice has been a long time friend and pole sister. I truly could not imagine a better human to bring aboard the team! She will be teaching Pole 101 and Pole Foundations Tuesday evenings- both descriptions can be found under “Class Guide” on my website (link in bio). Janice will also be offering privates.

⭐️ “Hi everyone! My name is Janice and I started with little movement experience but with pole, it was love at first step around! Since then, I've continued to fall more in love with pole and have competed, become certified to teach through XPERT Fitness, and taken classes with instructors such as Natasha Wang, Oona Kivelä, Roz the Diva, and Anastasia Skukhtorova among others.”

⭐️”Outside of pole I have a bachelor's degree in movement science and am currently working towards my Masters in Public Health and becoming a registered dietitian.
