Now that we have congratulated the Class of 2026, it is time to start our athletic camps.

It's Graduation Day!

Congrats to the Class of 2026. Twenty-six of our senior athletes have committed to continue their athletic careers in college. Twelve different teams will get to continue to support our alumni in their sport at the next level.

Championship Banners:

As we end the last day of classes, we would like to recognize the playoff accomplishments of our athletic teams. It was another banner year for Anna ISD . Six of our team sports advanced to postseason, with four Bi-District Champs and Anna Coyotes Football advancing to Regionals. Your Anna Mens Basketball also won the District Championship.

Eight individual sports had athletes qualify for the Regional Championships, with five teams competing at the State Championships. Boys Anna Coyote Wrestling, Girls Anna Coyote Wrestling, Boys Anna Coyotes Track/Field , and Boys .strength all had individuals place at State.

We appreciate your support for Anna Athletics and our local community.

UIL 5A State Championship

Congrats to Keshawn Myles for earning 4th place at the State Championship. Keshawn’s jump of 6 feet 6 inches elevated him to become the most recent Anna State placer. Proud of all he accomplished this season.

UIL 5A State Championship

Congrats to our Boys 4x200M Relay team for earning 5th place at the State Championship. In a highly competitive race, 1.02 seconds separated the top five teams. Their time of 1:25.96 earned them 5th place in STATE!

It was a strong finish to a great Track & Field season. Proud of this group.

This summer, America honors the 250th anniversary of the signing of the Declaration of Independence. It's a summer full of celebrating all things America: apple pie, bison, and high school athletics. As you prepare for your summer celebrations, fireworks displays, and family gatherings, be sure to include the annual Anna Coyotes Athletic Booster Club BINGO NIGHT on your calendar.

Nothing says America more than Apple pie, Bingo nights, and High School sports.

Anna Athletics: Physical Day

Athletes and Parents of High School Students

Tomorrow Thursday, May 14th, we will be conducting physicals for current high school athletes and band members. Physicals will be completed during your normal athletic period.
Location: Indoor Athletic Facility
Cost: $20 per athlete (cash or cards accepted)

To be valid for the 2026–2027 school year, physicals must be completed after May 1, 2026 using the *UPDATED 2026 UIL PPE Form* (look for “2026” in the top right-hand corner).

*Beginning May 15th*, athletes/students may complete all Rank One forms and upload their physical. We will not accept paper copies of physicals; students must upload them through Rank One.

Physicals do not have to be completed at our event—students may go to a clinic or doctor’s office later in the summer. If you do complete your physical on your own, ensure that your have the updated 2026 UIL form.

If a student cannot attend on May 14th, there will be additional opportunities throughout the summer; information will be shared as it becomes available.
