Annapolis Ten Mile Run One of the region's oldest & largest running races, hosted by the all-volunteer Annapolis Striders. Please be sure you are properly trained.

The Annapolis Ten Mile Run is a 10 mile foot race organized by the Annapolis Striders, Inc., an all-volunteer, 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization established in 1978 to promote physical fitness and mental well-being through distance running. The 52nd annual Annapolis Ten Mile Run is expected to take place on Sunday, August 29th, 2027 at Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium. The race is conducted according to the road racing guidelines of the Road Runners Club of America, has served as the RRCA's 10 mile state, regional, and national championship events in various years, and was named the RRCA's Road Race of the Year for 2025. The race, often referred to as simply the "A-10", has been listed as one of the top ten 10 mile races in the country by Runner's World magazine. It is a beautiful run through historic Annapolis and over the Severn River. Notice: This is not a race you are likely to set a personal best. It is a tough race with a hilly course run in the heat and humidity of a Chesapeake August.

Thank you so much to everyone who took part in this morning's 51st Annual Annapolis Ten Mile Run! This is a true community event, and it would not be possible without the hundreds of volunteers and first responders you encountered this morning, nor without the support of the city, county, state, Navy, and area organizations & residents. And congratulations to our 3,447 finishers, led by Nicolas Crouzier (52:16) and Cindy Anderson (1:01:06). The A-10 is never easy, so wear your finisher premium with pride! Full results are at RTRT.me/ulink/TPA/TP-A10-2026 and on our Live Tracking app, and official race photos should be up at EnduroPhoto.zenfolio.com/f669961937 within a few days.
