We’re excited to share a special opportunity for our Cape Cougars families (and the local community)!
On May 8th, head to the U.S. Naval Academy to watch the Navy Track & Field team compete in the Navy National Elite Meet — a great chance for kids to see high-level competition up close.
✨ Fun highlight:
There will be an informal “Kids vs. Mids” 100m dash at 5:20 PM — and yes… kids can jump in and run!
This is a low-key, come-as-you-can event — no pressure, just a fun night to cheer, watch, and be around the sport.
Whether your child runs or just wants to take it all in, it’s a great way to experience track & field in a new way.
