A little peak inside of my app!
This is just a TINY insight to what's inside of my program.
Each week I review your nutrition logs and provide guidance and suggestions based off of the foods you already eat, to help you best reach your goals.
Your training program is built around you, your body, and goals.
You fill in a detailed check in each week, which I review and based off of your feedback, is how I know if/what adjustments need made to keep you moving forward.
This is NOT another diet.
This is a LIFESTYLE change.
I help you build the habits FIRST âĄď¸ then we lock those habits in and REFINE âĄď¸then you EARN your way into a dieting phase and when we get to the dieting part.... it'll feel much easier because you won't have to totally overhaul your life, your habits are already locked in and you've been building muscle so your body has already begun to see massive changes & that muscle is going to turn you into a fat burning MACHINE
âĄď¸ it doesn't end here though... 90% of people who lose fat gain it back... BUT NOT HERE.
You don't LEAVE after your diet, now you need to slowly bring your calories back up ... because we can't live on dieting calories forever.
So you learn how to come out of the diet, without the regain and then you learn how to maintain that fat loss... WITHOUT tracking your food, eating more, training harder, loving life and never having to diet again. đŞđť

I felt like this deserved a spot on the reel feed becauseâŚ
5 years ago I broke a chair from simply sitting on it âŚso I decided I was going to change my life.
Now Iâm out here 100lbs lighter, repping out more than my bodyweight at almost 36 years old and in the best health Iâve ever been in.
Pick up the heavy weights, ladies.
I promise they will do SO much for you đ¤
Not all protein is created equal...
You're trying to eat more protein right now and that is a great thing, But if you are bloated all the time it might be worth looking at where that protein is actually coming from.
A lot of those high protein labeled products, bars, chips, cookies...are packed with ingredients that are really hard on your gut. They're okay every once in awhile, but if you have multiple "protein bars, chips, cookies" in your day, and your feeling blah and bloated this may be why.
You do not need new foods or a whole new meal plan....Just eat more of the whole food protein sources you are already eating.
Add a little more chicken to your lunch,Bump up your beef at dinner, Swap a protein bar for shrimp cocktail or turkey jerky. Just as easy to grab but way easier on your stomach.đ¤
Comment "PROTEIN" and I'll send you the method I use to meal prep, so I don't have to rely on protein bars every day.
What if the hardest thing you have ever been through is actually preparing you for something bigger than yourself?
I used to see my struggles as things that happened TO me. The weight gain. Raising my kids alone FOR 2 years. Food controlling every part of my life and the things I could and could not do.
I had every reason to stay stuck in it. To let it define me. To play victim and never move forward.
But I did not. I found a way through and on the other side of all of it I found my purpose.
I know exactly what it feels like to be in that place. The exhaustion, The hopelessness, living a life of being uncomfortable, Feeling like nothing is ever going to change.. and that is exactly what makes me show up for the women I work with the way that I do.
Your struggles are not wasted. Every hard thing you have been through is building something in you that someone else is going to need one day.
Do not waste your story.đ¤
I had every excuse not to lose 100lbs
But I did it anyway.
âI didnât have time to prep my food or workout â⌠but I had time to scroll my phone at night, watch TV, take a nap⌠I had time. I just wasnât prioritizing the time I had yetâŚ. Start with 10 minutes. That is enough to prep something, plan something, or move your body.
âIt was too hard.â It felt hard because it was new. Everything feels hard before it feels easy. I had to remind myself that I did hard things before and they got easier. This will too.
âMy schedule didnât allow a 45 min workout.â Well my schedule was not going to clear up and hand me the perfect window, I had to find the window and protect it⌠even if it meant waking up a little bit early.
âMy family does not eat this way.â I didnât actually need your family to eat the same wayâŚ.I need to communicate what I needed & then do it anyway. Nobody can support something they do not know about.
âIt is not the right time⌠my husband is gone 10 days at a time and Iâm home with the kids the house the sports, schoolâŚ.â well, it was NEVER going to be the perfect time if I kept waitingâŚ.There will always be something. A holiday, a vacation, a stressful season. The right time is the time you decide to start.
Every excuse is just discomfort wearing a disguise and once I figured that out I ran out of reasons not to go all in to finding solutions to every excuse I made.
Comment or DM me EXCUSES and Iâll help you figure out what is actually standing in your way.

In-person vs. online coaching âĄď¸ hereâs the difference.
When I coach someone in person, you have me for 45 minutes. Thatâs it. No nutrition support. If we train twice a week, those are the only two structured workouts youâre getting. The rest of the week? Youâre on your own and I have no way to make sure those sessions are moving you toward your goals, that your form is right, or that youâre actually progressing.
Fitness is only half the equation.
If you want real, lasting change in your body, your health, your physique, the way you look and feel⌠it canât be 50% of the picture. It has to be the whole thing.
Fitness paired with nutrition.
Online, you get that WHOLE roadmap.
You have access to me throughout the week â not just during a session. You get every resource I have: recipes, educational video vaults, guides for fat loss, muscle building, and maintenance so youâre not back at square one six months from now.
Every week Iâm looking at your biofeedback â how youâre sleeping, your stress levels, your energy, the food youâre eating. Im adjusting your protocols to keep you progressing and Iâm reviewing your logs and giving you specific feedback on what to adjust to better balance your meals and feel your best.
You get a community page to connect with other clients on a similar journey.
A fully customized training program â up to 5 days a week, built specifically for your body and your goals.
You can send me form videos. I can assess your technique, read your body language, and tell whether youâve got more left in the tank or whether your form is breaking down ...
I can give you MORE value (for less really...)
it would be a disservice to you, for me NOT to let you in on the beauty of having an online coach in your corner đŞđť
It was hard...
â˘telling my kids no because I was always so tired
â˘having to check weight restrictions on rides
â˘not wanting to get off the couch
â˘raising 2 kids under 2 myself.
â˘breaking a kitchen chair just from sitting on it
â˘not being able to put the snowmans head on top of my kids snowman because I was too weak.
â˘upsizing clothes postpartum by 4 sizes because I didn't bounce back like I thought
⢠feeling so sluggish all the time
â˘walking up steps
â˘getting up off the floor after playing with my kids
â˘avoiding pictures & going through to untag myself
â˘not being able to live life to the fullest.
So, I did something else that was hard.
I CHANGED.
I didn't just lose 100lbs...
I became disciplined, and that poured into every aspect of my life.
-I learned how to eat in a way to fully supported my health & hormones, not JUST to lose fat... which means yes, TRACKING FOOD INTAKE FOR DATA. (Temporarily)
-I built muscle to support my metabolism, so I can eat more and stay lean & look athletic.
-I meal prep my food
-look at my schedule weekly & set my workouts up like appointments so they're not missed.
-get to bed at a decent time instead of scrolling.
I GET to do these things because I CHOSE what hard I wanted in my life.
I flipped the script, I stopped being the victim and the discipline it took me to get where I am today rewarded me with a life I love...
- a husband, 3 beautiful healthy kids, a school of choice, family vacations, a business I love building, and a healthy strong body.
DM me "READY" if you're ready to stop choosing the wrong kinda hard
Want to look âtonedâ?
That means building enough muscle and then stripping away the fat to reveal it.
..And muscle only grows when itâs actually being challenged.
So, if your sets never feel hardâŚif youâre never shaking, never questioning whether youâll get the last rep up, never having to dig deep to finish ...your muscle has NO reason to change, so you aren't going to look toned.
Stop just going through the motions.
SLOW DOWN. If you're speeding through a set and finish within a few seconds... you're not doing ANYTHING to help actually grow your muscles and that's why it doesn't look like ya go to the gym !
đ¤đťPick a weight that gets hard around rep 8 or 9....
đ¤đťFinish the set knowing you had maybe 1 or 2 left in the tank.
đ¤đťActually rest between sets ... 45-60 seconds at least...your muscle needs it.
đŞđťThen go again.
You shouldnât leave every session gassed and gasping.... You should leave the set a little shakey... a little tingly/burning in the muscle & leave the gym with a more energy, a nice pump, & feeling STRONGER.
That's when your body starts changing.
Comment "LIFT" and I'll send you free 4 week access to my fitness fix blueprint so you can see exactly what this looks & feels like.
I was eating as much as my toddler and couldnât figure out why I felt so awful all the time.
I thought I was just tired because of mom lifeâŚ
It wasnât.
When I started eating three actual meals a day with a protein source, a carb source, and a fat source at every single mealâŚthe crashes stopped, my temper chilled out, and I actually had energy to get through my workouts and STILL show up for my kids afterwards.
You might feel too tired to work out right now, too tired to cook, too tired to do any of it.
I get it. I was there.
But I promise you, if you push through that feeling and get the workout done, prep the food, take the tiny steps every dayâŚ.It gets better and it gets easier.
Your body starts giving you energy back when you start giving it what it needs. đ.
My kids think Iâm crazy
For always choosing "parking lot B"
I think Iâm efficient.
Parking further away, taking the long way through every aisle at the grocery store, stairs instead of elevators, one bag at a time from the car, three things at a time when putting laundry awayâŚ
None of this feels like exercise...
You think getting more steps means adding a few walks to your already packed day...It doesnât.
It means making the things youâre already doing SLIGHTLY "less convenient.".. but easy to add steps..
Here are a few of my favs:
⢠Park as far as you can every single time
⢠Take an extra lap around the grocery store even if you donât need to
⢠Stairs. Always.
⢠One or two bags from the car instead of trying to make one trip
⢠Only carry a few things at a time when doing laundry
⢠Return the cart all the way back to the store instead of the cart return
⢠Get up and walk to a different room on ad breaks
⢠Pace while youâre on a phone call instead of sitting
⢠Walk around the field while your kids are at practice instead of sitting in a chair the whole time, youâre already there anyway
⢠Walk around the block once before you get in your car to leave somewhere
⢠If you have a walking pad ...15 minutes while you watch Netflix.
Just move a little more than you did yesterday.
My kids love when I'm running late and need a close spot, because it's so rare.đ
