Hi Skimmers! A few reminders!

1) Tonight's theme is Western Wednesday! Ride into the rodeo in any way you can! See you soon! 🐎🤠

2) The last chance to turn your buddy poster in is tomorrow (7/9) at practice. Please don't forget!

3) This Friday will be busy! In the AM, you can join me in putting up the ADS Poster Wall (check website for RSVP), and later, we have our pasta feed, car decorating, and gift swaps with buddies! Please stay involved, as it is a very busy week for us!

4) This weekend is ECI! Our biggest meet of the year, and we're so excited host for the 49th year! Stay hydrated and get those kids swimming fast!!

Today’s theme is Fresh Fruit Day! Show some love to our amazing ADS coaches by bringing fresh fruit to help celebrate them and thank them for all they do for our swimmers each season.
