: I teach my aqua fitness classes on deck for several reasons (i.e. safety, my microphone really isn't waterproof, and it's much easier to show participants the move).
However... there are times when I get in the pool! Here's proof of part of a class the day before Hurricane Ian hit our town🙃 And because it was so cloudy, I didn't have to wear my face mask!!!

To be honest--- we have fun EVERY day of the week:)
Photo description: We use different equipment in our group aqua fitness classes including noodles, bars, and kickboards. These new kickboards have really AMPED up our workouts, helping our core and arms work harder!
