Appleton United Boys Hockey (AHBC)

the Appleton Area School District and other infrequent expenses such as jersey replacement or locker room upgrades. The AHBC also engages in activities to promote and sustain high school boys' hockey in Appleton. Several games will be broadcast on AM 1570 The SCORE, continuing what the club hopes will become a tradition and positive promotion of hockey within the local community. We also publish an annual program; promote the team and their games at each of the three Appleton high schools; coordinate special game activities such as senior night and parents night; arrange for the national anthem to be sung and bands to play; and many, many other similar activities. Lastly, we coordinate the many volunteers (hockey fans such as parents, students, and you!) needed to support the United Boys Hockey Team. Some volunteers donate a lot of time and talent, but most volunteer for limited assignments and enjoy being involved. We definitely need a large number of volunteers to make this happen and encourage you to join the club.
