12u Elite girls finished up their fall season on Saturday with a 3rd place finish at the Midwest Monster Mash in Ontario, OH.

🥎Loud Mouth Award: McKynna Schroeder- Even when in a hitting slump, she was able to pull herself back up and be a leader in the field and behind the plate.
🥎Offensive MVP: Braydee Towns- .333 avg, 3B, HR, 0 K for the whole tournament.

The girls ended the fall season with a record of 17-10-1. For a team that just formed in August, these girls have come so far, and have a great future ahead of them.

For now we take a pause before preparing for our next tournament in January, the Winter Slam indoors in Rossford.

The girls capped off their weekend in South Bend today, finishing the tournament with a 4-2 record. Their only two losses were to the champions and the runners up of the tournament.

Bracket play was cut short today with a loss to a solid Blackhawks team, the same team they had beat in a walk-off the day before.

First year teams can be tough, but these girls battled, and we move forward and grow from our losses this weekend!
