OPCA STATE POWERLIFTING MEET FOR LARGE SCHOOLS TODAY AT EL RENO.

These kids competed hard and fought all day to do their best. These are the top 25 lifters in the state in each of their weight classes which is an accomplishment in itself.

Junior High State Powerlifting Meet in El Reno.

We had two athletes compete yesterday and represented Ardmore very well.
Hezekiah Lewis finished 3rd in the state in the 168 class. Jesse Rodriguez finished 16th in the state in the HWT class. Great job guys and congratulations.

Boys High School Powerlifting Regionals at Hartshorne Oklahoma.

Today these athletes competed for a spot at the State Meet next Friday in El Reno. They went with a purpose and fulfilled it by winning runner up. Ardmore has 8 kids going to state next week.

If you have been coaching long enough you always have a group of kids who will always have a special place in your heart. These young ladies have been with me for 5-6 years in powerlifting and were some of the first ones to start the girls team in middle school. We have lots of memories and fun times over these years and I will truly miss them next year. They are all champions in my book.

OGPCA STATE MEET
MONDAY 3-2-26

Ardmore Lady Tigers Powerlifters had two girls competing at Durant and they did extremely well. This is the best of the best in the state of Oklahoma and a lot weight was being moved by the girls. This is a growing culture from 10 years ago with 72 girls to today with a total of 1600 girls across the state of Oklahoma.
There was 15 girls per weight class at state for large schools and 15 girls from small schools. To be labeled in the top 15 in state is an accomplishment.
