Here at Flexx we think there are three main pillars to why we find that strength training is so important. They are:

1). Improvement in body composition. This can lead to that toned look that many people are looking for.
2). Increased metabolism. This means that even while dieting you are able to uptick the amount of calories that you itemizing in your everyday life!
3). Helps in everyday actions. We find that it is easier to pick up your kids, lack of a nagging pain while playing a sport with friends, and even easier to get up out of bed in the morning!
