My hometown Half Marathon (Wheeling, WV), is in the book! It was a tough course, but I really felt strong throughout (minus running up one of the longest hills I’ve ever run up)! It was a great way to kick off Memorial Day weekend and also attending my sister’s wedding 😁

Happy my running friends! Got out for a slow 10K to start the weekend off right. The weather cooperated enough to allow me to wear my Pittsburgh Marathon shirt, for what I’m sure is the only time before Fall 😁

Hey there, my running friends! Knocked out an easy pace run after work today. I’ve been recovering from the Pittsburgh Marathon, a week of business travel and then a cold. I hope you’re having a great week!

The is in the book! This is the second time I’ve run this race (2016), and I beat that time by 15 minutes. Pittsburgh does a great job with this race - really well organized, great medal, etc. It’s not an easy course, but I definitely recommend.

Just chillin on the veranda after an up and down day at work and a fun run!
I’m in the taper for the Pittsburgh Marathon, so just a couple of 10Ks to do this weekend. They should be fun as the weather is supposed to be good!

It’s Good Friday and a great day for a run in my new kicks (swipe right)! Turned it up a notch today and got a reasonably fast 5K done ahead of some longer runs this weekend.

15 Miles of Smiles on this and they were good ones! It was chilly, windy and even tried to rain a bit on the outbound half, but that didn’t dim my enthusiasm. Strong run today!
