Edge Yoga is opened for live classes on a modified schedule. We are holding 4 in person classes a week, but limiting class sizes to 5 and have our teachers wearing masks! Join Maia tomorrow for a 12 to 1 PM yoga I class!

Join Maia, Sunday June 18 1:30 -3:00(ish) Free Practice: 108 Sun Salutations to greet longest day of light in the Northern hemisphere, the Summer Solstice (June 21 in 2017). Connect movement and breathe with your own strength and by repetition of traditional the flow of Surya Namaskar A and B (and some variations). We'll start slow, build heat, modify as needed and end with releasing stretches and deep rest. Come join! Open to all but some experience recommended.

Join Georgia Gerstein this Sunday October 25th from 1:30 to 3:30 PM for her last workshop of the year.
The workshop will follow the Rocket 3 sequence —which draws the strength and flexibility from postures in the Primary Series to the backbends and twists in Second Series. It will include arm balances and weightless transitions from 3rd and 4th series. Some prior yoga experience recommended. Come FLY FLOAT and FLOW.
Edge Yoga will be closed Monday Sept 7th in observance of Labor Day, all classes will be canceled that Monday. Have a great holiday weekend!!
