I used to think being “healthy” meant I had to stop enjoying my life a little.

Now I’m more interested in:
💪🏼 getting stronger
😴sleeping enough
🍗 eating more protein
👯‍♂️ spending time with people I like

and having the margarita sometimes 🍹

Turns out consistency works a lot better when your life doesn’t feel like punishment.

As a male coach working primarily with women, I spend every day helping clients build stronger bodies, more confidence, and long-term health. And part of that responsibility is also modeling conversations around prevention and protection.
