🚨 Banned for a Forfeit. Now a $566K Settlement.

In 2023, Mid Vermont Christian School’s girls’ basketball team forfeited a playoff game after learning their opponent had a male athlete on the roster, citing concerns about fairness and safety in women’s sports.

As a result, students were forced to travel out of state just to compete.

The school, alongside Alliance Defending Freedom, filed a lawsuit arguing the punishment violated their religious freedom and unfairly targeted their beliefs.

This week, that legal battle ended in a major outcome. The state has agreed to pay $566,000 in damages and legal fees.

That expensive and unlawful violation made by the state of Vermont has now set an important legal precedent in favor of girls as more and more men continue to launch lawsuits to force their way onto women’s playing fields.

Accurate. Easy. Inexpensive.

A simple cheek swab is all it takes to determine s*x.

Dr. Greg Brown joins Talk of the Town to break down the IOC’s updated s*x verification policy and shut down the misinformation spreading online.

He explains exactly what the screening looks like, why it’s been so misunderstood, and why it’s far from invasive.

At a time when more men are misrepresenting their s*x in women’s sports, accurate verification isn’t controversial — it’s necessary.

Fairness in women’s sports matters.

Completely out of touch.

In a recent podcast episode, Megan Rapinoe criticized the International Olympic Committee for implementing eligibility screening to protect fairness in women’s competition. Wife, Sue Bird supported her stance.

Here’s the reality:

Fairness in sport has always required standards.
We check weight classes.
We test for performance-enhancing drugs.
We verify age groups.

So why is it suddenly controversial to protect the women’s category?

“This isn’t hard. Eligibility screening for the women’s category is necessary. The real issue now is ensuring these protections extend beyond elite sport. Women and girls should not have to reach the Olympic level to be treated fairly.” (Kim Jones and Marshi Smith)

The IOC’s policy is about fairness, safety, and preserving opportunity for female athletes.

Women and girls deserve a category that is truly their own.

Let Women Speak Freely.

At a recent US Masters Swimming championship, Angie Griffin—who has faced ongoing backlash after speaking out about fairness in competition—stood alongside Penny Noyes, one of the most decorated female masters swimmers in history.

A post from the New England region of USMS celebrating Noyes’ record-breaking performance showed her wearing a shirt that said it plainly: “Make Women’s Sports XX Again.”

That post? Deleted.
The message? Silenced.

All of this took place at Harvard’s pool, where Lia Thomas’ name remains on the women’s record board—alongside some of the greatest female swimmers in history—a looming reminder that men will be prioritized as women are erased.

We will not stay quiet.

US Masters Swimming:
Women deserve fair competition in the pool.
Women deserve a voice.
Let female athletes speak the truth.

🚨 DOJ SUES MINNESOTA OVER GIRLS’ SPORTS

The U.S. Department of Justice has filed a lawsuit against Minnesota, alleging Title IX violations tied to policies allowing boys to compete in girls’ sports and access female-only spaces.

The case argues these policies undermine fairness, limit equal opportunities for girls, and raise concerns about safety and privacy.

This isn’t just about one state—it’s about fairness, protection, and equal opportunity for girls everywhere.

Girls deserve a level playing field.
They deserve privacy.
They deserve protection under the law.

Accountability is here.

Momentum is building.

Following the International Olympic Committee’s move to protect the women’s category, athletes are calling for change across U.S. sports.

As former NCAA All-American and ICONS cofounder Kim Jones said, “I absolutely call upon the NCAA to follow suit… Women and girls’ sports need to be protected at every level.”

And as ICONS’ made clear, “Any credible sports policy requires two things: a clearly defined boundary and a reliable enforcement mechanism. The NCAA policy has neither.”

The message is clear: protections and s*x-screening protocols must extend beyond the Olympic stage.

Will the NCAA follow?

🚨 BREAKING: The International Olympic Committee announces new s*x screening protocols aimed at protecting the integrity of the female category in sport.

The policy is intended to ensure that eligibility for women’s events is reserved for biological female athletes, with further details expected in the coming weeks.

We want to thank our supporters who spoke up for fairness and integrity—your voices helped make this monumental policy development shift possible.

Together, we continue to stand for the future of women’s sports. 🏅

, you’re up!

I lost a national title to a man.

Now I’m being threatened with a lifetime ban for speaking up.

This is bigger than one athlete. It’s about whether women are allowed to tell the truth—and what the future of women’s sports looks like.

Take a stand.

‘“I would’ve welcomed it!”’ 🤯😤

When leaders dismiss the concerns of female athletes, it exposes a much bigger issue: who is actually standing up for the future of women’s sports?

This isn’t just about one match or one player — it’s about protecting fair competition, opportunity, and safety for the next generation of girls who deserve a level playing field.

Criticizing female athletes for speaking out doesn’t show strength — it silences it.

Kaylie Ray and others are taking a stand not just for themselves, but for every young girl who dreams of competing in women’s sports.

The question is: will we protect those opportunities, or allow them to be redefined?

‘To have a man on my team, I would’ve welcomed it!’ 🤯😤

AZ State Sen. Catherine Miranda criticized Utah State volleyball captain Kaylie Ray for forfeiting against San Jose State’s team with a male player, suggesting she lacked competitive spirit.

It’s also worth noting that the Senator did not play collegiate sports herself, yet insinuates the DI NCAA athlete lacks courage for opposing men competing in women’s sports.

Kaylie is one of the courageous female athletes our legal counsel represents suing the Mountain West Conference for allowing a man to compete on an opposing women’s NCAA volleyball team.
