Terrific Tuesday was celebrated on WR hill this morning. We broke the hill up into three sections and did a total of six runs up the hill. Nice job beating the heat and starting the day off with a bang. Tomorrow will be an easy day with a focus on core stability and mobility.

We completed lots of running and a good mix of exercises today. It was hot but you all pushed through and did a splendid job. Very impressed with the form and effort this morning. Keep up the great start to the week!

Nice work on the hills this morning ladies! We sprinted hills and jogged for the first half of the workout this morning, then finished off with four-corners and a max elbows and toes. What a day! You all were awesome today.
Nice work today ladies! We started Terrific Tuesday with a short light run and finished with some body weight stations around the field. Tomorrow will be a light day with mobility and stability exercises for strengthening our posture and flexibility. Stay strong!
