What a great fall we are having! It is time again to place bids for the 2016 RRCA State Championships! These are due by the end of November, so please go to http://www.rrca.org/programs/rrca-championship-series/bid-form/ and enter your race.
The Titan 10K and One Mile Quick Run/Walk is this weekend! It is the state 10K championship for Kansas. We hope to see you out there!

Alter or vary your running route pattern; run in familiar areas if possible. In unfamiliar areas, such as while traveling, contact a local RRCA club or running store. Know where open businesses or stores are located in case of emergency.
