Hi, I am with Town Hall.
We publish a monthly welcome Town Hall Guide that is mailed weekly to all new residents as they move into your community.
Our Welcome Guide is going to feature only one exclusive business inside each category, and I am searching for a Chiropractor in your area to fill that spot.
I would like to schedule a time when you are expecting me so that I may drop off a sample of our "Welcome Kit" and explain the program in greater detail.
Please message me or for immediate assistance, feel free to call or text me on my cell which is listed below.

New to Town – Need a Chiropractor

Town Hall is now preparing Welcome Kits for new families that are moving into our community.

Our Welcome Kits feature and direct these new families to a small number of local businesses for the goods, services & professionals that they need to find.

Since our Welcome Kits are exclusive, and we can only accommodate one Chiropractor, I would ask you to kindly let me know if you are interested in being the featured Chiropractor in our local Welcome Kits.

I would like to schedule a time when you are expecting me so that I may drop off a sample of our "Welcome Kit" and explain the program in greater detail.

Please reply to this email with your availability or call me at your earliest convenience.

For a faster response, or if you prefer, feel free to text me on my cell which is listed in my signature.

Very happy with the care from Dr. Donnelly. I initially went as a result of lower back problems while expanding my exercise regiment but what I got was so much more. He worked with me to address the back issues and that continues to go very well.

But he also has been able to look at the larger physiological exercise issues beyond just the back - how are stretching, leg issues, back issues, etc. intertwined and lead to better overall physical health?

I've expanded my stretching to continue building a more solid base and core knowing that will ultimately help my back and everything else. That is readily apparent from the office visits as we work through the items and I can feel the benefits.

Having said that, Dr. Donnelly is NOT one of those doctors looking to keep you on his payroll, so to speak, and coming back to pull your co-pay as often as possible. It's very apparent that he'll work to get you physically repaired but then adjust your visit schedule as-needed - and if that includes no visits, all the better because he successfully did his job getting you around and active again.

Very happy with the overall experience as well as the holistic approach offering more than just chiro services (physical therapy, massage, workout equipment, etc.). That's a key factor for me also, the integration of chiropractic services with overall physical health that radiates out from the spine.

How do you stay visible exercising at night?

What do you use to stay visible at night?
Looking for suggestions. My Labrador has her own cloak of darkness. She has bad knees so we average at least 3 miles per day. With the solstice having past, more and more frequently those walks are before or after dark. I carry a flashlight and her leash is reflective, but it feels like I am missing out on something hands free. Thoughts? I have kids, so goofy looking is fine I am already an embarrassment to them 😀. Please share any of your trick or devices below, Dr. Donnelly.

The American College of Sports Medicine Statement on Mental Health Challenges for Athletes The American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) recognizes the importance of developing the whole athlete.
