🌟Why do you love F45?
I love F45 because of the people and community! Everyone from the coaches to members is so friendly and supportive. Also, the variety of workouts is awesome!
🌟 What’s your favorite F45 workout?
I love a good hybrid day! I also love a Friday resistance day, sets the tone for the weekend!
🌟If we can’t find you in the gym, what are you doing?
In my free time I coach high school and club volleyball! I also love to travel, read, watch Love Island and go to happy hour or brunch with my friends!
🌟If we pulled up your Spotify, what would we see?
You’d see everything from Drake to country but I’ve been on a big house music kick lately!
🌟 What’s are you looking forward to this summer?
I have some awesome trips planned to Scotland and Alaska and we have Nationals for volleyball in July! But I’m most excited for the World Cup, I have tickets to two of the games in Philly!

NEXT Saturday, join us for the PEAK challenge 👀
It’s is a 30 min performance challenge we are holding in March 28th. It is comprised of 5 stations (bike erg, lunges + devils press, ski erg, shuttle sprints + barbell thrusters, and rowing). The goal is to hit 100 reps or 100 calories (on the cardio equipment) within 5 minutes. Each rep or calorie gets you a point with a maximum score of 500. You can book directly in the F45 app 💪
