Feeling unmotivated during the holiday season? When I feel this way, I find some good music and try to get moving. Usually a walk outside helps. You'd be surprised how even a short walk or bike ride can improve your mood. Do what moves YOU this holiday season!

“It was Pilates anarchy in there. Two teachers and no form corrections or clear cueing. Tiny, beautiful arms and legs moving chaotically in all directions. Everyone on different springs, no clue when a leg should be at hip height or how to maintain spine alignment. Knees knocking together. No breathing reminders.”

the goal, not smaller.”
