So let me catch you all up. A lot has happened not just this year but over the years. I realized in order to fix myself I have to put it all out there. I’m not perfect and never tried to be. I’ve done things I wish I could take back but when I finally hit rock bottom is when I knew I had to bounce back. So What did I do I wrote it all out. I used my mistakes as self reflection to be able to pick myself up. I wasn’t going to even publish it honestly. I sent it out to a couple national writing competitions and ended up being honored with a National Book Award Finalist for short stories and Best Book Award Winner for the Texas division , which is huge to be recognized at a national level. I didn’t know my book literally touched the lives of so many others so i decided to publish it. I wanted to make this book available for free but due to printing it wouldn’t let me select that option so it’s at the lowest possible price. This book is truly my baby because it’s me releasing all the bottled up emotions.This book is definitely dedicated to all who struggle with navigating through depression , trauma, anxiety , insecurities, and so many more mental breakdowns and building yourself back up.
