Nikita is a Fitness expert with 20 years of diverse experience in group and personal training, fitness coordination, health consulting, and wellness. More about her many accomplishments later, there’s a lot ;)
Nikita was born and raised in India. She was very athletic growing up and always in to sports so eventually she was naturally drawn to fitness. From her love for sports and exercise blossomed an amazing passionate woman seeking to help people live healthier lifestyles. She started off in the fitness industry at the ripe age of 18 teaching group exercise classes.
After just a couple of years teaching group fitness classes, Nikita got certified to be a personal trainer, the first of many certifications. This would be the next big step in her journey of becoming one of the industries leading personal trainers over the next 20 years. Nikita moved to the US about 8 years ago and further perused her career. In her 8 years in the US she has become an expert in her field by becoming one of the top trainers in the country for 2 of the largest health club chains in the US. Which is no surprise if you have seen her work. She is dedicated, focused and her passion for her clients is unparalleled.
