We are here to serve our commUnity!
Join us for a two-hour training event on Sunday, May 15, 2022 at 2pm where the focus will be on developing foundational personal protection skills.

As a precaution, the training location will be disclosed upon registration (DFW metro).
Some things you can count:
β‘ using any EDC (every day carry) as an equalizer/force multiplier/improvised weapon
β‘ cultivating environmental awareness
β‘ learning true combat tactics
β‘ gaining a specialized skill set
β‘ designing a solo practice from what you've learned at the workshop
β‘ training in nature amongst community
This event is donations-based. Your offering will benefit and support future training initiatives in DFW.

That Could Have Been Me: An Open Letter From an Asian American Runner Jinghuan Liu Tervalon, a dedicated runner from the Los Angeles area, wrote about her experiences as an Asian American in the United States at a time when hate crimes are at an alarming increase across the country.
