We are having a crazy snow storm, and due to that we are going to cancel tonight's meeting, we don't want anyone struggling to get down here.
There will be one possible meeting the 22nd before the new year ends.

We will have a fun INSANITY Class tonight that will be LIVE on Periscope!
If you are in or near the Arvada area we invite you to come.
This is not like the insanity dvd, with an instructor teaching we have it down to any level of fitness. Come have some fun ;)
To watch the stream all you have to do is go to the App Store and download periscope
ADD THE USERNAME
Tune in at 6:30PM when we start!
Tonight we will be doing INSANITY ;)
and PerisScope will have it streaming LIVE , I will share how to do so here shortly.
