- Athlete of the Year: Voted on by coaches from the 12 winners of Athlete of the Month
- Gold Standard Award: Most Sessions Used
- Most Top 10 Finishes: Most times an athlete is featured on the Top 10 Fly 10 Times OTW
- Velocity Crown: Fastest 10+10 Time of the Year
- Athlete of the Month: Voted on our Instagram Story between the 4 Athlete of the Week for that Month
- Most Flying 10+10 #1 Finishes: Most Times Featured in the #1 spot for Flying 10+10 OTW
- Apex Athlete: Most Top 10 Placements for Testing Categories; Flying 10+10, Max Touch Height, Standing Vertical, Pro Shuttle, Broad Jump, Bench, Squat, & Deadlift
- Most Improved: Coaches vote on Most Improved Athlete over the course of the calendar year

Imagine your body is a battery. When you walk into the gym you’re at 30%. You can’t hit a PR at 30% & if you run without warming up, it’ll be slow or you’ll get hurt.
As you warm up your charge goes up, you recruit more muscle fibers to do work. Once you hit 90% you can run fast, but may not PR. So in order to get to that 100% range you must do advanced drills, that correlate, like a resisted sprint.
Just be careful to not burnout before you time your sprint, & thanks to Xavier for being our foot model for this post.
