We have been getting more and more requests to create a tennis sport specific workout group (speed/ agility/ strength/ explosiveness/ sensory training etc etc)

Apparently everyone plays a whole lot of tennis but doesn’t cross train OR doesn’t cross train properly.

If you are interested and actually serious- please tell us.

Reply here with days / times that you would want.

You can choose between 4 / 8 / 12 or 16 sessions and the more sessions you buy, the lower the cost per session. Prices ranging from $30/ session to $50/ session.

Groups are typically kept between 2-4 people. Sometimes more if I think it’s a good fit.

Feel free to share with a tennis friend 🚨 🎾

Ps we have other “non-tennis” groups as well and groups for youth athletes.

After much consideration, our Tennis Academy has decided to follow suit with LCPS & Loudoun County Parks & Recreation in suspending our Spring tennis programs until March 20th. As we receive more information on how best to proceed, you will be informed.

Our first session will be extended by one week. Any classes missed in your paid session will be honored.

The safety of our students, coaches and community is the number one priority.

Taking a week off from tennis is worth all the many years we hope to share with all of you on the tennis courts.
