Stick Drop Race Game
Stick Drop/ Broom Drop/ Drop Race Game! Here’s a fun game to play with 2 or more people! For 3 people stand apart in a triangle or square for 4 or more! Make it challenging get farther and farther! Send us a video of you all trying this game! Play in a big basement or back yard! Have fun! Be safe!
Upper Body workout!
Virtual classes will resume on Thursday 3/19! Tigers 1:30 pm, All Belts 2:15pm. In the meantime stay active with this fun upper body workout! Do each exercise for 30 seconds. Challenge yourself by doing all exercises with no breaks in between! Complete 3-4 sets with a 50 second break between each set! Shoulder Tags, Tricep dips, Push ups, shoulder lifts, Standing medicine ball twist. If you do not have weights at home get creative! You can lift books, bags of potatoes, flour etc. Have fun everyone!
Tuesday Quick craft challenge! Airplane contest! Make your best paper airplane, any paper, any color, any style. Post a quick video of a fly test in the comment section or email to [email protected] | Miss Jenny and Miss Karen will pick a winner by 8:30pm tonight Winner gets a prize mailed to their home!
Lower Body home workout
We hope you all enjoyed the virtual classes today! To enhance your workout/class experience do these quick workouts to keep your mind and body in shape! Lower Body: Squats, Curtsy Lunges, Squat Jumps, Front Lunges, Wall Sits! Do each exercise for 30 seconds. Try not to take any breaks in between each exercise. Try your best to complete 3-4 sets. ( A set is when you complete all exercises one time.) Take a 50 second break between each set. Add weights to increase the level of difficulty! Pro tip: Put house hold items in a back pack if you do not have weights at home! 😀 Stay healthy and safe! We hope to see you all soon!
