Happy Thirsty Thunderous Throwback work Ur Thighs(Legs) Thursday! Today all of these things are true for me. Like us all I started my day with 8ozs-16ozs of water. I had 8ozs of water with Lemon squeezed into it. We can also have water with Lemon squeezed into it with Ginger! We all will be drinking our water during the day. I just finished doing Legs/Glutes! The Garage Personal Training Studio In Home! Are you working Ur Thighs(Legs) today? I didn't do any Throwback exercises. What are you doing for Throwback Thursday?
I'm having my post workout drinks now. Then I'll have my post workout meal! I'm going to be Thunderous in my Actions today! Remember we don't have to be Loud to be Thunderous! We can be Thunderous in our Actions! There are times to be Thunderous in both!

I know we are starting our days with 8ozs-16ozs of water or water with Lemon squeezed into it or water with Lemon squeezed into it with Ginger! Then we are having our 1st Tasty Clean Healthy meal of 6-8 meals! We are eating our Tasty meals every 2-4hrs. We are so drinking our water throughout the day!
