Happy Hump/pump~Work Your Lady Lumps/Muscles~Wacky Wicked Wild Wonderful Wednesday! Happy 1st day of May! May is the 2nd month of the 2nd quarter of the year. I hope we are all on track with our Training and Life Goals! I'm a little behind but I'm closing in on things I need to get done!
When it comes to getting my Pump on I'm on Track! How are the rest of you Stallions and you Stunners working your Lady Lumps/Muscles? Are we all on Track? I'm behind with my Meals! Where are you lacking? I've been really concentrating on my Concentric and Eccentric contractions during each rep of every set! I know it's paying off!
I'm also taking time to get a little Wacky Wicked and Wild! I hope you all are doing the same!

Happy Tasty Transformation Twofer Work Ur TaTa's(Chest) Tuesday! I didn't start my day with a Tasty Clean Healthy meal. I hope all of you did! Unless you are starting your day by doing Fasted Cardio! Then you had your 1st Tasty Clean Healthy meal! We should all be consuming 6 to 8 meals! I think it easier if we make some of these meals the same. Actually we can make it a Twofer and/or more!
We can also make exercises a Twofer and/or more! If we are Training our TaTa's(Chest) repeat a set and/or two.
Everyday we are working on our constantly changing Transformation Goals! It's a good thing to be heading in the right direction! We are working towards our ultimate Transformation Goals! Which will change on the way!

Fitness recipes

LEMON CHICKEN AND POTATOES :)

INGREDIENTS:

3 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon whole grain mustard
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1/4 teaspoon dried rosemary
Zest of 1 lemon
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
16 ounces baby red potatoes, halved
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 lemon, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley leaves

DIRECTIONS:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
In a small bowl, combine 2 tablespoons olive oil, mustards, thyme, rosemary and lemon zest; season with salt and pepper, to taste. Set aside.

Cut four sheets of foil, about 12-inches long. Divide potatoes into 4 equal portions and add to the center of each foil in a single layer.
Fold up all 4 sides of each foil packet. Drizzle with remaining 1 tablespoon olive oil and season with salt and pepper, to taste; gently toss to combine.

Top each packet with the chicken. Using your fingers or a brush, work the mustard mixture onto both sides of the chicken. Top with lemon slices.

Fold the sides of the foil over the chicken, covering completely and sealing the packets closed. Place foil packets in a single layer on a baking sheet. Place into oven and bake until the chicken is cooked through and the potatoes are tender, about 25-30 minutes.*

OPTIONAL: Preheat oven to broil. Open the packets and broil for 2-3 minutes, or until caramelized and slightly charred.
Served immediately, garnished with parsley, if desired.

Happy Satisfying Spectacular Successful Sensational Saturday! This is the last weekend in April. Let's make it the most Satisfying of them all! This weekend will be the new Set point for the weekends going forward.
We have Set points also. If we are Healthy a injury cut will take 2 to 7 days to totally scan up and heal. We rejuvenate hair nails and skin cells in 27 days. Every 7 years the human rejuvenates and regenerates it self! Our goal is to make sure we are Healthy!
We can reset our Weight Set Point! The weight set point is the homeostatic number our Bodies prefer. It's like a Weight Thermostat! We can change this in 60 to 120 days! One day at a time! Let's be Successful at this. By being Spectacular! Here's to being Sensational!

Happy Thirsty Thunderous Throwback Work Ur Thighs Thursday! I'm sorry about the late post today. But today is my Dad's 90th Birthday! We had a luncheon for him to Celebrate!
I can't express enough how important it is to start and finish our days with 8ozs of water for us to be Healthy and Successful! We can add freshly squeezed lemon and/or lemon with Ginger in the morning! It's important to drink our water!
Being with my Dad today really reminds me that we don't have to be Loud to be Thunderous! It also reminds me that we can be more than Thunderous in our Actions! I Practice this and I hope you do also!
Celebrating my Dad's 90th birthday with family is my Throwback thing today! What's yours? Did you Train Thighs(Legs)?

During our workouts lets concentrate on our Eccentric and Concentric contractions! We should feel our muscles working throughout the movement! Working our muscles on the Positive motion(Push/Pull) and the Negative motion(Resistance)! Before and after our workouts we Feed our Bodies!
Now it's time to get a little Wacky Wicked and Wild! But only when it's appropriate! But we should have balance in our lives! By being a little Wacky Wicked and Wild!

Happy Tasty Transformation Twofer Work Ur TaTa's(Chest) Tuesday! To fuel our workouts we need to take in Tasty Clean Healthy meals! Yes we should start our day with 8ozs of water. Then we should have our 1st Tasty Clean Healthy meal of 6 to 8 meals! We don't want to put junk fuel in a high performance car. So we shouldn't put Junk foods in our Bodies!
As we know by fueling our Bodies with these Tasty Clean Healthy meals is 70% of our Transformation Goals! Our Transformation Goals are consistently changing overtime and as we accomplish them! Our Transformation our forever being adjusted and tweaked!
We can do Twofer in our Nutrition and our workouts! If you're training Ur TaTa's(Chest) repeat some of the exercises!

Happy Thirsty Thunderous Throwback Work Ur Thighs Thursday! We all are starting our days with 8ozs of water! Or we are starting our days with 8ozs of water with Lemon squeezed into it and/or Lemon squeezed into it with Ginger! We need to take in our correct amount of water all day! We need between 6-8meals + Bodyweight (lbs) X .6= of Ozs of water we need at a minimum!
Remember we don't have to be Loud to be Thunderous! We should be Thunderous in our Actions! How are you Thunderous? How are you making a Positive difference in your life and/or someone else's life? I know I'm try to be a Positive & Optimistic impact on all of your lives!
Today is a Perfect day to reach back into our memory bank and pull out a Throwback workout Fashion Manners etc!
