Happy Tasty Transformation Twofer work Ur TaTa's(Chest) Tuesday! I hope we all are getting in all of our Tasty Clean Healthy meals.Our 1st meal is right after we have are water. Which we have as soon as we wake up. Unless we're doing Fasted Cardio and/or workouts. Then our 1st Tasty Clean Healthy meal of 4-6 meals is when we finish the Fasted session. Are you doing Intermittent fasting? Getting in all of our meals and water are key components to us reaching our Transformation Goals!
We also need to be working out hard, doing are cardio and are recovery methods!
Are you working Ur TaTa's(Chest) today? Today is my Legs/Glutes day. I did Chest & Back yesterday. The Garage Personal Training Studio In Home!

Happy Magical Mindset Motivational Magnificent Marvelous Music Monday! We are starting our 3rd week of Hypertrophy Phase. Hopefully we are getting use to pushing ourselves and/or having a trainer push us further during our workouts! We are getting use to the increase of food. Now that we our settling in to our routine we can really start applying are strong Positive Optimistic Mindset to our workouts and nutrition. We can see how Magical are results will be! This should also be Motivational to others around us! While we are letting others to be Motivational to us! I use Music to help me with my Mindset and to be Motivational to myself! I hope we all have the most Magnificent and Marvelous lives we can!

Happy Thirsty Thunderous Throwback work Ur Thighs(Legs) Thursday! I hope we all have gotten through the 1st part of our week with flying colors! Now let's finish this week off strong! We are going to do this by staying on track with our water intake, eating our meals, having challenging workouts, doing cardio & recovery methods! We started our day with 8ozs of water or 8ozs of water with Lemon squeezed into it or 8ozs of water with Lemon squeezed into it with Ginger. Then we had our 1st meal of 6-8 meals. We're staying Hydrated! We're staying fueled! We're focused!
Remember we don't have to be Loud to be Thunderous! We should be Thunderous in our Actions! There are times to be both!

Wake up have are water then eat our 1st meal of 6-8 meals. Remember we are trying to build as much Lean Muscle Mass as we can! It's hard but stay on track with our Tasty Clean Healthy meals if you are doing Intermittent fasting 16/8 rule this doesn't apply to you! Then you are maintaining as much Lean Muscle Mass while burning as much Fat as you can! Either we are taking in Tasty Clean Healthy meals and water!
