Good morning Dream Fitness Team - Stunners & Stallions aka TFL-PT!
Happy Tasty Transformation Twofer work Ur TaTa's(Chest) Tuesday! Are we all getting in enough Fiber and Vegetables in our Nutrition? I believe we are getting in enough and/or more than enough Protein. I hope none of us are skipping our 1st meal of the day. That meal should be eaten within 15 to 30mins of waking up! Along with eating 6-8 Tasty Clean Healthy meals per/day we need to stay Hydrated!
These are essential elements to us reaching our Transformation Goals! I have mini Transformation Goals to help me reach my overall Transformation Goal for this year!
I'm doing two of my meals twice for my Twofer Tuesday. What are you doing?

Drinking the correct amount of water during the whole day is Imperative to our success! We should start and finish our days with 8ozs-16ozs of water. We can add Squeezed Lemon and/or Squeezed Lemon with Ginger!
Remember we don't have to be Loud to be Thunderous! We should be Thunderous in our Actions! Let's lead by example!
Doing Throwback Thighs(Legs) exercises today would be a great add to our workouts!

Happy Tasty Transformation Twofer work Ur TaTa's(Chest) Tuesday! I know staying on a Nutrition plan is hard! But to reach our Transformation Goals we must be Discipline with our Tasty Clean Healthy Nutrition. We don't have to eat totally clean the whole year. We should cycle our plans for different times of the year! We can break the cycles up in to 10,12 or 13,17 week cycles. But we should start and finish our days and nights with 8ozs to 16ozs of Water! Plus drinking our correct amount of water during the day! We should be eating between 5-8 Tasty Clean Healthy meals per/day!
It's Twofer Tuesday! It's also work our TaTa's(Chest) Tuesday! We could do some exercises twice for the Twofer! The Garage In Home Personal Training Studio is Opening soon!
