Loco Tabata Bootcamp has transformed into Forward Fit. Over many years of teaching and training I have seen many fitness trends come and go. I’ve seen so many styles of teaching and motivating come and go. I’ve tried all kinds of classes and I’ve taught many kinds. I felt myself evolving over the years as a health and fitness advocate and I knew that if I wanted to make a difference and make the most of my time with my team then I would need to shift our focus.
The bottom line is that no fad is going to get you where you want to be. Not every style of class is for every body. A life full of health and fitness takes time and it takes a journey. A healthy lifestyle doesn’t happen by accident but by purpose. It takes a tribe to support and you and to help you along the way. Forward Fit reinforces these ideas. Each workout is a little part of the journey and each day we are trying to get a little bit better, a little bit stronger, push just a little more than we think we can. Forward Fit is about focusing on what’s ahead and celebrating the steps along the way, not what is in the past.
