How do you pass the time when your kids are at practice? It’s all about choice friends. Finding tiny moments to work in fitness.

I used this beautiful evening in MD to work on upper body strength and get in steps. Walk the school grounds, play on the playground, walk, play. I’m still working on these.

Not perfect, but it’s progress💪🏻

If you know me then you probably know that I’ve struggled with back issues for quite awhile. I was out the last week with an episode. I’m not back to 100% but we did get back to class today. I cannot tell you the absolute joy I feel when I get to be back with my crew and crush a workout with them (or at least coach them through one😉).

Fresh mozzarella
Basil just picked from our garden
Shredded broccoli and carrots

Our Story

Loco Tabata Bootcamp has transformed into Forward Fit. Over many years of teaching and training I have seen many fitness trends come and go. I’ve seen so many styles of teaching and motivating come and go. I’ve tried all kinds of classes and I’ve taught many kinds. I felt myself evolving over the years as a health and fitness advocate and I knew that if I wanted to make a difference and make the most of my time with my team then I would need to shift our focus.

The bottom line is that no fad is going to get you where you want to be. Not every style of class is for every body. A life full of health and fitness takes time and it takes a journey. A healthy lifestyle doesn’t happen by accident but by purpose. It takes a tribe to support and you and to help you along the way. Forward Fit reinforces these ideas. Each workout is a little part of the journey and each day we are trying to get a little bit better, a little bit stronger, push just a little more than we think we can. Forward Fit is about focusing on what’s ahead and celebrating the steps along the way, not what is in the past.
