A Wooded Wander is an experience, not a hike or an activity. There is no intended destination or goal to achieve. It’s not about doing, it’s about being. It’s an opportunity to disconnect from the outside world and delve into nature.
On these wooded wanders I guide you to steep yourself in the forest bathing experience by using your 5 senses.
