Congrats to Ella McOmber for breaking the 15-18 and Open 200 backstroke records this morning at the Sport Fair Winter Classic. She’ll be back at finals looking for more along with several other 13 & overs. #gobluewaves #kachow
Hot start to the Sport Fair Winter Classic for the Blue Wave swimmers. All of our individual swimmers had lifetime best swims and finished top 8, with two event champions in Sebastian Nappi and Matthew Char. We had multiple team records set tonight with Matthew breaking his own team record in the 9-10 500 and Lauren Long broke the 15-18 and Senior girls 200 free record with her relay lead off. Lots of relay swimmers went faster than they’ve ever gone before. It’s a great start and we are only just beginning.
Quick trip over to the Swim & Rock meet for the distance session and we had a great day. 100% best times for the swimmers who competed and Lauren Long broke both the 15-18 and Open 1000 yard freestyle records. Great signs of things to come in December!! #gobluewave #ohana
Blue Wave swimmers were looking good tonight at the Popovich Invitational. The Friday night crew killed it. Too many best times to count (ran out of fingers). Hard work pays off!! Let’s keep it rolling tomorrow.

Congratulations to Andrew Char for breaking his own 200 free record last night at the LC Zones meet in Richmond. Keep up the great meet, Andrew!!
Another solid day for Blue Wave swimmers at Futures champs. Gianmichel lowered his Open record in the 50 freestyle and finished in 15th place. Ben went a season best by over six seconds in the 200 breaststroke. Lauren was just off her best in the 200 breaststroke, but moved up nine spots in the results. One more day tomorrow. Let’s go Blue Wave!!!
Good luck to all of our swimmers at PVS 12 & under champs and PVS Open champs this weekend. You’ve done the work, now let’s race the races!!! #gobluewaves #ohana
Green Crest 2 and Typhoons 2 got a cold surprise from Coach Andrew! Great practice this morning! 🏊♂️🏊♀️🌊
That feeling when you’ve finished training for the week and you know taper starts next week. #gobluewave #bluewaveohana
Dusted off an oldie but goodie this morning for the swimmers getting ready for future meets. The good old sling shot. It’s all about racing to the wall. #gobluewave #gettingbetter
