Total Fitness Look Personal Trainers

Bio and Philosophy I was born in Pennsylvania and raised in the DC metro area. A sports enthusiast from an early age, I played a variety of competitive sports with basketball and football as my main focus. I continue to play basketball to this day at an elite level. I developed an interest in training at an early age and have been training people for well over thirty years. I have trained young kids through geriatric clients. These people participate at all levels from handicapped through recreational players to professional athletes and bodybuilders. I train people in their homes, in gyms and outdoor settings. Perhaps my greatest asset as a trainer is my ability to adapt and modify a regimen to each individual client to help them meet their goals in a safe and controlled way. I have extensive training in all aspect of personal training and continue to attend seminars on a regular basis. I believe that fitness can be improved at virtually any age or level and will result in a better quality of life. Some clients benefit from being pushed and others require more nurturing. I work with each individual client to develop a starting point and then adapt the programs to insure that they are enjoyable, varied and that they move the client forward at a rate most comfortable for that client. Lastly, I believe that fitness encompasses more than exercise. I am willing and able to help clients examine their lifestyles and suggest changes to those who desire help with issues such as nutrition, flexibility etc. Experience has shown that addressing these areas can assist clients in achieving their goals. We are doing our In Home and Outdoors workouts! We are keeping up with our Water intake and meals! We are going to make it through this better people! We start and finish our days with 8ozs-16ozs of water! We can add squeezed Lemon or squeezed Lemon with Ginger in the morning! Then we keep up our water intake during the day! Ater our 1st glass of water we have our 1st meal of 6-8 meals!
Remember we don't have to be Loud to be Thunderous! We should be Thunderous in our Actions!

Unless you're going to work because your an Essential worker! We can get fresh air walk our pets and Get Out To Exercise! At The Garage Personal Training Studio In Home I'll be on Skype Facetime Zoom WhatsApp etc. Just reach out to me! We are still starting and finishing our days with 8ozs-16ozs. We can add squeezed Lemon or squeezed Lemon with Ginger in the morning! Then we should have our 1st Tasty Clean Healthy meal of 6-8 meals of our day! It's much easier to do this if we are Meal Prepping!
This way we stay on target for our Transformation Goals! We must get our Meals Water and Workouts in.

GM FBI This is part of my 1st meal of the day. Oatmeal with raw honey strawberries blueberries raspberries blackberries! A side bowl of Strawberries Blueberries Raspberries and Blackberries!! Plus a 4 Egg Omelet with mixed Peppers Green Orange Yellow & Feta Cheese!! Of my water and some Warm water with Lemon squeezed into it with Honey!!

3-4ozs Chicken Breast 6oz Baked Yam 8-16ozs Roasted Asparagus
My last meal is the same except I have 5ozs Lemon Garlic Salmon in place of the Chicken Breast

Happy FUN FLEXING FRISKY FREAKY FANTASTIC FABULOUS FANTASY Friday! What a Beautiful weather day we are having. I hope we all can get out and have some FUN with your Love ones! Or just go for a walk for those of us that are by theirselves.
Today we are FLEXING some before during and after our workouts! We are concentrating on our Eccentric and Concentric contractions during our workouts!
Now that our workouts work etc are done it's time to raise the FUN levels! It's also time to get a little FRISKY and FREAKY! But only when it's appropriate to get a little FRISKY and FREAKY!
