Total Fitness Look Personal Trainers

Bio and Philosophy I was born in Pennsylvania and raised in the DC metro area. A sports enthusiast from an early age, I played a variety of competitive sports with basketball and football as my main focus. I continue to play basketball to this day at an elite level. I developed an interest in training at an early age and have been training people for well over thirty years. I have trained young kids through geriatric clients. These people participate at all levels from handicapped through recreational players to professional athletes and bodybuilders. I train people in their homes, in gyms and outdoor settings. Perhaps my greatest asset as a trainer is my ability to adapt and modify a regimen to each individual client to help them meet their goals in a safe and controlled way. I have extensive training in all aspect of personal training and continue to attend seminars on a regular basis. I believe that fitness can be improved at virtually any age or level and will result in a better quality of life. Some clients benefit from being pushed and others require more nurturing. I work with each individual client to develop a starting point and then adapt the programs to insure that they are enjoyable, varied and that they move the client forward at a rate most comfortable for that client. Lastly, I believe that fitness encompasses more than exercise. I am willing and able to help clients examine their lifestyles and suggest changes to those who desire help with issues such as nutrition, flexibility etc. Experience has shown that addressing these areas can assist clients in achieving their goals. MD has reopened some outside activities and outside restaurant eating! On May 15th VA will reopen for Phase 1! Most Non Essential Businesses will reopen both states still have restrictions! Let's please be Sagacious and use as much Sage in all of our decisions going forward! Let's also be Sagacious and use Sage in our Fitness Health and Wellness decisions!

Happy Thirsty Thunderous Throwback work Ur Thighs(Legs) Thursday! I'm hoping we all started our day with 8ozs of water or 8ozs of water with Lemon squeezed into it or 8ozs of water with Lemon squeezed into it with Ginger! Then we had our 1st Tasty Clean Healthy meal of 6-8 meals for our day! Stay Hydrated helps us in so many ways! It helps keep our Muscles and Joints work better for one!
Remember we don't have to be Loud to be Thunderous! We should be Thunderous in our Actions!
