Bio and Philosophy I was born in Pennsylvania and raised in the DC metro area. A sports enthusiast from an early age, I played a variety of competitive sports with basketball and football as my main focus. I continue to play basketball to this day at an elite level. I developed an interest in training at an early age and have been training people for well over thirty years. I have trained young kids through geriatric clients. These people participate at all levels from handicapped through recreational players to professional athletes and bodybuilders. I train people in their homes, in gyms and outdoor settings. Perhaps my greatest asset as a trainer is my ability to adapt and modify a regimen to each individual client to help them meet their goals in a safe and controlled way. I have extensive training in all aspect of personal training and continue to attend seminars on a regular basis. I believe that fitness can be improved at virtually any age or level and will result in a better quality of life. Some clients benefit from being pushed and others require more nurturing. I work with each individual client to develop a starting point and then adapt the programs to insure that they are enjoyable, varied and that they move the client forward at a rate most comfortable for that client. Lastly, I believe that fitness encompasses more than exercise. I am willing and able to help clients examine their lifestyles and suggest changes to those who desire help with issues such as nutrition, flexibility etc. Experience has shown that addressing these areas can assist clients in achieving their goals. Then I had a 2 whole eggs plus 3 egg white vegetable and feta cheese omelet with a cup of oatmeal with cinnamon and 1/2 a granny Smith apple in it! How did you start your morning? I going to try to get in all of my Tasty Clean Healthy meals today. Yesterday I got in 3 1/2 out of 7 meals.
I will reach my Transformation Goals! But I'm sure they will change and will be adjusted before I hit my current Transformation Goal.

I love using supersets ๐Ÿ˜
Alternating between 2 exercises allows you to get more work done in a shorter time period which makes your whole workout more efficient โฐ AND it increases your aerobic output and heart rate which helps you to burn more calories during the workout ๐Ÿ”ฅ.

Hereโ€™s a quick example from today which included these two movements:
1. DB Chest Crossovers.
2. Standing Plate Squeeze Presses.

This superset could be used at the start of your workout (keep it light) to improve your activation of the chest ๐Ÿ’ฏ Or alternatively you could use it at the end of your session (with heavier weights) and really burn out the chest to increase muscle growth ๐Ÿ’ช.
