Total Fitness Look Personal Trainers

Total Fitness Look Personal Trainers Bio and Philosophy I was born in Pennsylvania and raised in the DC metro area. A sports enthusiast from an early age, I played a variety of competitive sports with basketball and football as my main focus.

I continue to play basketball to this day at an elite level. I developed an interest in training at an early age and have been training people for well over thirty years. I have trained young kids through geriatric clients. These people participate at all levels from handicapped through recreational players to professional athletes and bodybuilders. I train people in their homes, in gyms and outdoor settings. Perhaps my greatest asset as a trainer is my ability to adapt and modify a regimen to each individual client to help them meet their goals in a safe and controlled way. I have extensive training in all aspect of personal training and continue to attend seminars on a regular basis. I believe that fitness can be improved at virtually any age or level and will result in a better quality of life. Some clients benefit from being pushed and others require more nurturing. I work with each individual client to develop a starting point and then adapt the programs to insure that they are enjoyable, varied and that they move the client forward at a rate most comfortable for that client. Lastly, I believe that fitness encompasses more than exercise. I am willing and able to help clients examine their lifestyles and suggest changes to those who desire help with issues such as nutrition, flexibility etc. Experience has shown that addressing these areas can assist clients in achieving their goals. If you are adding supplements to your nutrition we need to increase our water intake! We are having our 1st meal soon after we have our 1st drink of water. Which we have as soon as we wake up. Unless we're doing Fasted Cardio and/or workouts. Then our 1st Tasty Clean Healthy meal of 4-6 meals is when we finish the Fasted session. Are you doing Intermittent fasting? Getting in all of our meals and water are key components to us reaching our Transformation Goals!

Happy Thirsty Thunderous Throwback work Ur Thighs(Legs) Thursday! I hope we all have gotten through the 1st part of our week with flying colors! Now let's finish this week off strong! We are going to do this by staying on track with our water intake, eating our meals, having challenging workouts, doing cardio & recovery methods! We started our day with 8ozs of water or 8ozs of water with Lemon squeezed into it or 8ozs of water with Lemon squeezed into it with Ginger. Then we had our 1st meal of 6-8 meals. We're staying Hydrated! We're staying fueled! We're focused!
Remember we don't have to be Loud to be Thunderous! We should be Thunderous in our Actions! There are times to be both!
