It's been a while due to injuries but I'm back in the game and training at a new facility, Crossfit Loudoun & Northern Virginia Ninja. We do a lot of American Ninja Warrior training and there are many obstacles available to train on. Come check it out. All ages are welcome. Open gym times, private training sessions, group events and birthday parties. If you have any questions let me know.
Northern Virginia Ninja Welcome to Northern Virginia Ninja! We share a home with CrossFit Loudoun. We have a 5,600 square foot training facility conveniently located in Sterling, Virginia near the Dulles Town Center Mall. We are easily accessible from Route 7, Route 28, and the Dulles Toll Road.
DGA Open Gyms are back and available for everyone. No more age restrictions. Same times as usual: Sundays 5-6:30 and 6:30-8.
I know it's been a while. Things have been a little crazy for me lately. I have both good and bad news. The bad news is that DGA still isn't allowing anyone over 14 into Open Gym and it's not looking like that will change any time soon. The good news is that I am also working over at Cheer Tyme and they have no age restriction for Open Gym. I am there both Friday nights from 6-9 and Saturday mornings from 11-2. I'm working on getting some more Parkour stuff for the gym to make it more parkour friendly, but until then it's still a great place to train. I hope to see you there. If you have any questions, please let me know.
Leaving work early tomorrow and heading out to Mason with a couple guys and the Mason crew. If you're free and feel like training you should meet us there.
Weekly parkour meet up at Mason today at 5. See you there if you can make it.
I'm looking for parkour instructors. We have several new classes starting up this summer. If you are not that experienced but would still be interesting in teaching, I will personally work with you until you feel comfortable enough to teach. I will teach you anything you are interested in learning and break it down on a technical level. If you can understand the skill, you can teach the skill even if you haven't personally learned it yet. You will also be given a lesson plan that will break down the classes on a day to day schedule throughout the entire summer. If you are seriously interested in teaching parkour and learning more parkour yourself, please let me know and we can work something out to get you trained.
I'd like to wish everyone a Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays, enjoyable winter break, time off of work or whatever it may be. Speaking of time off, I will be free all next week if anyone is interested in training, so let me know. Also, no classes or open gyms next week. Although, New Years day (Sunday evening) we will be holding an Open Gym at usual times...5-6:30 and 6:30-8. Since it's the new year I'd like to get a lot of people out to train, so you are welcome to stay for both open gyms for an additional $5. So you'll get 3 hours of training for $15. If you can't do both that's cool, one seesion is still just $10. Let's start the new year off right. See you out there
We will be cancelling the Tuesday night open gyms, due to lack of attendance. We will however still be offering the Thursday and Sunday night open gyms.
If anyone is interested, I'm looking for another parkour instructor to help with classes. I will give you some training on how we run things and you will be able to help me with some classes and will eventually get to teach them yourself. If you feel ambitious you may be able to start up classes on other days of the week. I will also be planning some big events in the near future and could use some help with that. If you are knowledgeable about parkour, would like to learn more and would be interesting in teaching please let me know. I look forward to hearing from you.
For those that don't know. We are holding 3 open gyms a week now. Tuesday and Thursday nights from 8-9:30 and Sunday nights from 6:30-8. See you there.
Tomorrow (Friday the 15th), we're going out to Arrowbrook Park in Herndon at 11am if anyone would like to join us.
I have Fridays off this month and I'm looking forward to doing some outdoor training. If anyone is free and would like to join me, let me know.
Starting Tuesday of next week (the 21st), my evening Parkour class will become a Parkour open gym. Now we will have 2 parkour open gyms week, Tuesdays and Sundays from 6:30-8. See you there.

I'm looking for a few volunteers to help out with a parkour demo at Claude Moore Rec Center in Sterling, VA. Every Friday night they hold a teen night for ages 11-14. We would be doing a demo and maybe some basic instruction. It is being held Dec 3rd, 6:30-9:30. We will only have to do parkour for a portion of that time. If anyone is interested please let me know. Thanks!
We just recently finished our video for George Mason. Check it out and let us know what you think.

NEW OPEN GYM TIME!
Parkour open gyms are being moved up to the 7-8:30 time slot and gymnastics and tumbling is taking over the original time slot from 5:30-7. I look forward to seeing everyone one out there. Don't forget to come check out the new pit. We've been enjoying it!
Having the WFPF in town was an awesome time. Sunday we hung out in DC around the different monuments attracting attention and cameras from many onlookers. Monday we started in Rosslyn at Gateway Park and later heading into Georgetown University where all the students were in awe as we did parkour all throughout the campus. It was a definite experience. Some would say, once in a lifetime.
