I think it best we really get our minds right and begin to understand the real reason we exercise and how it is an essential part of a long, healthy life. I have TWO videos for you today, the first by Dr. Mike Evans that does a really good job of explaining why just 30 minutes of exercise a day will prolong your life and help prevent all the chronic diseases (heart disease, diabetes, cancer, obesity, Alzheimer's and many more) that account for 70% of the deaths in the United States today!
