Fun to see the progress of regular bodywork and proper biomechanics exercises paying off!

When I come to work on your horse I find tension and release it, often I give a few exercises to follow up with for strength training. Often tension is a weakness in the body and through proper movement exercises the horse gains more muscle tone and ROM in it’s body.

Between bodywork and conscious core exercises to help build his topline this guy has strengthened his back, begun to lift, and use his hindquarters in just a few weeks. Today I rode him for the first time and it had been over a year since someone was on him. His entire demeanor has changed! He went from being unhappy and unwilling to very loving and compliant in a very short time. What a good boy, Legacy!
