In my last post, with me lookin’ fly, I told you all the first step to transition from the feelings of being unloved to loved is acknowledgment or awareness that you have these feelings.

Step #2! Once you have acknowledged these feelings, take a break for a moment (assuming that you can take a break. If you cannot, you can do this technique at your convenience) If it feels comfortable to you, close your eyes and focus on your breath. (If closing your eyes feels unsafe, then keep them slightly ajar.) For the next couple of moments, just focus on breathing in and breathing out…notice what comes up.

In my last post, with that cutie pie, I told you all that it is our birthright to experience all different forms of love and I asked how do we jump from feeling unloved to feeling loved?

The first step is acknowledging that you feel unloved! When you acknowledge that you feel unloved, you are automatically bringing more awareness to yourself. When you bring more awareness to yourself, you begin to develop a relationship with your mind, body, and soul.

Feeling unloved can take many different forms. For me, I know I am feeling unloved when I feel ugly, depressed, lonely, scared or when I compare myself to others. How does it manifest for you?
