May 8, 2026- 7:30am Football meeting at Joe P. Eblen Intermediate School. We will have physical forms and more summer workout schedules to give out.

May 28, 2026- At 3pm all rising 7th and 8th graders for every sport go to Clyde A. Erwin High for a sports physical. Those physicals will be $15 and can be paid for on GoFan. Clyde A. Erwin Middle students will walk over, Eblen students will bus over with coaches and admin.

June 15, 2026- Summer Football Workouts begin. 6pm-8pm. We will start at the high school and everyone needs to be there at the latest 5:45 so we can start on time.

Decals delivered! The rest won’t be put on until the fall. But we are excited to be wearing a brand new design on our helmets this year. Still a few more things to unveil before the season! GO WARRIORS! 🔴🏈⚪️

New helmets are in! We decided to switch it up this year! We want the best we can possibly get for our student athletes and we may even have some more things in the plan for next year! GO WARRIORS! 🔴🏈⚪️

There will be a football interest meeting for 6th graders at Eblen Intermediate School tomorrow morning at 7:35 in the gym. We will be handing out the Summer Workout schedule and a general information sheet for players and parents. If anyone has any questions please let us know! GO WARRIORS! 🔴🏈⚪️

The middle school football team will be taking on Enka Middle at Erwin Tuesday, Septemver 9th ! Come out to support your 2025 Erwin Middle Football team!

We’re proud to celebrate Mr. Trevor Bailey as our Warrior of the Month! Mr. Bailey teaches Careers and is an Erwin graduate who continues to give back to his school community. He brings a positive attitude to everything he does, encouraging students to think about their futures and inspiring them to work hard toward their goals.

The last day to sign up for the market will be this Thursday, September 4th! Please come out and support Erwin Middle Cheer and Football! We will have Fire On the Mountain BBQ food truck their providing us with great food! There is still plenty of spots available for more vendors! Come and support the Erwin Middle Football and Cheer teams and set up your booth! It will be advertised at the Varsity football game the night before and keep sharing on Facebook! We are looking forward to a great crowd and thank you all for your support! The Market will be in the Erwin High School student parking lot from 8:30-2:30! 🚧 Warrior families, exciting news! Paving on our front entrance will begin on Monday, 8/18. During this process, please park and enter the school through the bus lot using the directions below:

-From New Leicester Hwy, turn right at Ingles onto Mt. Carmel Rd.
-Go through the intersection and take the first right onto Service Rd.
-Pass the Warrior Wellness Center and take the next right into a small parking lot behind the cafeteria.
-If there are no spaces there, feel free to find a space in the bus lot.

Once you arrive, call the school and someone will meet you and help you get to your destination. The number is 828-232-4264.

The circle and front entrance will be ready before Meet the Teacher this Thursday, and we look forward to welcoming our new and returning Warriors! 🔴⚪
