The Five Element Theory is comprised of three ways (cycles) that the elements interact with each other.
The Creative Cycle: This is the cycle where elements nourish each other.
🔸Wood feeds Fire
🔸Fire turns to ash to feed Earth
🔸Earth compresses and turns to Metal
🔸Metal produces Water through condensation
🔸Water feeds Wood
The Controlling Cycle: When there’s too much of one element, the Controlling Cycle helps eliminate the over bearing element.
🔸Water puts out Fire
🔸Fire melts Metal
