Rick and I will be teaching some ground fighting to the 👮 tomorrow. 4:30 be there!

We will be pushing first responders bjj from the first Friday of this month to January 9th!

Great showing last night of correctional staff. This hard working group of young men and women showed up and put in the work. Shout out to Rick for helping with class as well.

Class is going to be cancelled tomorrow.
