Day 2 Lower Mains, the girls put in the work today and kept fighting through the lower mains.

While we fell a few spots short of advancing where we wanted to in some classes, we still have one car in the show tomorrow. Carlyn’s Light World Formula will roll off P8 in the A Main.

🏁 Day 1 of Nationals is in the books! 🏁
We completed practice and all of the heat races today, and both girls showed plenty of speed.
Jolene🏎️ Sr Honda: Ran a great race and was incredibly fast all session. Started up front, led a lap, and brought home a strong P2 finish. She’ll start P4 in tomorrow’s B Main.
🏎️ Sr Animal: Had one of the fastest cars on the track and was running 2nd while chasing the leader. Unfortunately, she waited a little too long to make her move and got shuffled back late in the race. She’ll have her work cut out for her tomorrow, starting P1 in the F Main, the second race of the morning.
Carlyn🏎️ Sr Animal: Started P4 and finished P4. Got shuffled back on the initial start but fought her way back through the field. She’ll roll off P2 in the D Main tomorrow.
🏎️ Light World Formula: Charged from P5 to P2 in a great run and will start on the pole (P1) in tomorrow’s B Main.
Overall, the speed is there. Tomorrow is all about staying focused, racing smart, and working our way forward. We’ve got some ground to make up in a few classes, but we’re ready for the challenge.
