🌱Chet is our Iyengar teacher here at Five Points who continuously makes our studio such a special place.

🌱Chet was hooked to Iyengar when he first went to a class in Ann Arbor over a decade ago! Iyengar style classes are alignment focused and utilize all the props. Chet enjoys this style of yoga because he can see the improvements of his students over time in a very visual way.

💥Favorite Pose: At the moment, Setu Bandha Sarvangasana (bridge)

💥Most Difficult Posture: Viparita Dandasana (inverted staff pose)

We are so blessed to have Chet teaching not only students, but the teachers new things everyday. Thank you for all that you do, Chet! ❤️
