Lady Lions Cheerleaders

Cheer Director needed to manages a cheerleading program, including coaches, practices, and events. They also ensure that the program follows athletic policies and safety guidelines.
Responsibilities
Recruiting: Select and train coaches, and maintain a roster
Planning: Plan practices, events, and camps
Managing: Manage the program budget, schedule, and resources
Supervising: Oversee coaches and cheerleaders, and ensure compliance with policies
Evaluating: Assess cheerleaders' skills and assign positions
Communicating: Communicate with coaches, parents, and other stakeholders
Collecting feedback: Collect and compile feedback from parents and participants
Enforcing safety: Ensure a safe practice environment and follow safety guidelines
Qualifications
Experience in cheerleading coaching
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Knowledge of cheerleading rules, regulations, and techniques
Ability to motivate and inspire a team
Ability to work independently and collaborate with others
