What a great weekend ! It was a pleasure to sit down with Jay from The Archery Wire and tell him a bit of our story. (Read More at the 🔗)Thanks to everyone who stopped by the booth to learn more and pick up a pack or two. There are going to be a lot of cool critters taken in Africa with Toulou Broadheads this year 🏹

Story Time: We met Nate ( ) in the campgrounds in TN this year. After sharing a campfire, swapping tunes on the guitar, and a trading few stories we struck up a friendship and he decided to take a pack of Toulou Broadheads back to Illinois with him. Here’s his experience in his own words:

“With the freezer nearing full capacity and a remaining buck tag, I wanted to hold out for a good mature buck. I went into an incredible permission piece with the intent to sit from about 1030 to sundown. After a full day of seeing zero movement, I turned around and saw a young doe being trailed by this nice buck. She was leading him through brush and deadfall in an attempt to escape his advances. I let out a few buck grunts and she came right to me hoping I was a buck that would fight her pursuer. In the process of grabbing my bow and repositioning she undoubtedly saw me move. Any other doe, at any other time of year would have immediately alerted, but she just looked and me, and at the buck, and calmly walked up the trail on which I entered. Wonderful broadside shot on this unsuspecting buck with the , pass through, and he ran uphill about 20 yards and collapsed.This was my 29th sit of this season and all that hard work culminated in this beautiful opportunity.”
