IMPORTANT NEWS [PLEASE READ]

Good Evening All Clients

We want to let you know that Northside Swim Academy is using this week to move our programing outside of LA Fitness. Due to the conditions of both LA Fitness pools and disagreements with management, we collectively decided that it is in the company's best interest to move to facilities very close by that have better and safer pool conditions.

With that being said this week all programing for learn to swim, swim team (age group and masters), private swim team coaching, and adaptive swim team will be paused for this week. We will be transitioning to our new locations on Monday-Friday of next week. We hope to be ready to go by Monday of next week for everything, but most likely there will be a bit of a stagger because every new location will move at different speeds.

For Snellville, we have locations that are drafting initial proposals and confirming with higher ups and we will have specifics on these locations today and tomorrow. For Sandy Springs LA Fitness we have two pools in the same boat for swim team programing and more advanced lessons. All lessons for Sandy Springs will be moved from LA Fitness to ALOFT Perimeter Center starting on Friday since we already have this partnership set up. Friday and Saturday Sandy Springs lessons are still a go, just in a different location. ALOFT Perimeter Center is less than 5 minutes from Sandy Springs LA Fitness at 6401 Barfield Rd NE Atlanta GA 30328.

We are working tirelessly to make sure this transition is smooth and quick. We appreciate your patience and flexibility. Lessons will resume at the latest next week. We apologize for the short disruption in service, but it is for the health and safety of our clients and staff.

We are hoping to open our doors to our HEADQUARTERS location in April of 2026! We have gotten the keys and for the next couple of months we will be investing heavily into making sure the facility is ready to go for all of you. Blocks will be available for sign up no later than March 27th on our booking site. We charge $100.00 for a full month pass (April dates include 3/30/26-5/2/26) with one class per week. It is $250.00 per candidate for a lifeguard class and $100.00 per candidate for a CPR class. We certify through the American Red Cross Organization.

NOTE: all lifeguard classes are shallow water lifeguard classes that need a minimum of 5 people for it to run (according to the rules of the Red Cross). If you are or you know anyone who is interested, please make sure to see the sign up process below.

As a reminder, our phone hours have changed as of March 16th 2026 to M-F 11:00am-7:00pm EST. We will still have 24/7 texting and emailing, but our phone hours extensions 1-6 are on during that new time span. All individual staff extensions, swim team extensions, and the Northside Fitness extension will still be on M-F 9:00am-5:00pm. The website should be updated with this information by the end of the week.
