I’ve seen many women who are so good at their jobs that their managers literally cannot 'afford' to promote them.
They’ve become the 'linchpin.' They catch every ball, fix every error, and manage every fire.
If this is you, you aren't building a path to leadership. You’re building a cage of invisible labor.
The shift from indispensable to visible requires you to stop over performing for approval and start positioning for advancement.
I’m hosting a free workshop, "Hidden in Plain Sight," to show you how to break this cycle.

We were taught that "the work speaks for itself."
In reality, the work doesn't have a voice. You do.
When you stay silent about your impact, you aren't being humble. You are leaving your career trajectory in the hands of people who are too busy to notice your nuance.
If you are a mid-level corporate woman who is trusted but overlooked, it’s time to stop shrinking.
Join the wait-list for my upcoming workshop. We’re going to audit the 7 Strategic Visibility Gaps that are keeping you stationary while others move forward.

You ever sit in a meeting and realize you’re carrying more than half the outcomes in the room?
But somehow… you’re not the one being considered for what’s next?
Instead, you’re being asked to:
🔸Help support
🔸Fill in the gaps
🔸Put out the fires
Again.
Then a few weeks later, someone else is announced in a role you could’ve stepped into.
Not because you couldn’t do it.
But because you were never positioned for it.
That’s the part most high performers miss.

Expansion isn't just about growing your business. It’s about increasing your capacity for impact. 🥂
I spent the weekend at a coach conference, surrounded by people who are operating at the level I’m moving toward. There is a specific kind of power that comes from being in a room where you don’t have to explain your 'why.'
We talked a lot about alignment. It’s easy to over-function and think that’s the path to growth, but real expansion happens when you align your strategy with your truth.
I took this time to pour back into myself, but more importantly, I allowed others to pour into me. As an advisor, I’m always the one guiding the strategy. Being the one receiving the strategy was the recalibration I needed.
Grateful for the mentorship and the community. Who are the "like-minded" people in your corner right now? Tag them. 🏷️

You’re not being overlooked because you’re not doing enough.
You’re being overlooked because your work isn’t being positioned.
That’s the gap most high performers don’t see.
They believe consistency will lead to recognition.
But in reality, consistency often leads to being relied on, not advanced.
Because when your work isn’t translated, it gets interpreted at the lowest level: ex*****on.
Save this if you’ve ever felt stuck despite performing at a high level.
Then download the Career Visibility Checklist to assess your own visibility.

The moment women start getting noticed at work isn’t when they do more.
It’s about shifting how they show up.
Most high performers focus on ex*****on.
But visibility is built through:
• Communicating impact
• Managing perception
• Aligning with the right stakeholders
That’s the difference between being seen as reliable and being seen as ready.
Same work. Different positioning.
