Accidents happen so fast. Reaching down for a toy in the pool or falling in unexpected can lead to the unexpected. A child has to be taught how to roll to their back from a facedown position to float in order to survive.

I am so very proud of this big boy! He shows up everyday crying and shaking his head no but he can now do it! He has the skills to rollback and get his air in his float! I love this “head shaking no” boy! 🦭🦭☀️☀️

This video shows why it is so important for a child to know how to float. She ends up in the deep end remaing calm in her float and uses the skills she was taught to be a problem solver and find her way to the ledge. So very proud of my sweet student Reagan! 🦭🦭🌞🌞
