BRIGADE TRAVEL TO ALABAMA TO TAKE ON THE HUNTSVILLE ROCKETS

The Georgia Brigade (1-3) are the highest scoring team in the GDFL Xtreme South Division, but now take on Huntsville in a rematch from earlier this season.

The Brigade look to split the season series with the Rockets and comes off the Brigade’s big win 36-0 over division-leading Memphis Blast.

The Georgia Brigade look to get on track in what could be, for all intents and purposes, a playoff game for them.

Memphis comes in at 1-0 having solidly beaten the Tri-City Outlaws 42-0.

The Brigade are coming off a 30-18 loss to the Outlaws and look to keep their playoff hopes alive with a victory over the GDFL’s Xtreme South Division leader, Memphis Blast.

The Georgia Brigade look to rebound from their loss to the Huntsville Rockets last week taking on the Outlaws in Clarksville, TN.

BRIGADE DROP A HEARTBREAKER AFTER 3RD QUARTERS LEAD IN LOSS TO THE ROCKETS

The Brigade showed why they’ll be in the conversation in August.

A monster game from wide receiver ROMAN MCDOWELL ( #3) as he would end the day with 4 catches for 110 yards and a touchdown and 3 kick returns for 183 yards and a touchdown.

The Brigade would go up 18-6 at the end of the third quarter.

A collapse in the 4th quarter would allow the Huntsville Rockets to score 30 unanswered points and ultimately win the game 36-18.

Georgia Brigade (0-2) will face the defending division champion, the Tri-City Bulldogs (0-1) in Tennessee.
